With over 40 years of contracting experience, Gary understands the construction industry! Having owned three HVAC, Electrical and construction staffing businesses since 1967, he knows what it takes to stay competitive in the construction industry and the costs that are incurred, fixed and not fixed, as a contractor. In all his years as a contractor and businessman he has always lived by the motto, “It can take months to gain a customer, but only seconds to lose one!”

Growing up in the construction business, Ian has seen most sides of the industry. For almost twenty years he has worked diligently to anticipate the needs of local electrical contractors, but also learning and understanding their costs involved in the electrical industry. All applicants are personally interviewed by Ian, and under this scrutiny, he endeavors to hand pick each electrician on their ability, performance and attendance for the best quality personnel for our customers.

Sean Solender

Service Operations Manager & Qualifier

Sean has been in the electrical trade for over 20 years. He is a subject matter expert in troubleshooting and in both residential and commercial electrical repair. Sean has spearheaded teams of employees both onsite and offsite, and handles all bidding and quoting for company jobs. Sean plays a lead role in hiring personnel and ensuring their qualifications meet both company and state standards. As the Service Operations Manager and Qualifier for Skilled Electrical Connections, Sean’s expertise extends out into the field in landscape lighting, camera systems, festune lighting, and hold 22 certifications within the electrical trade.

Patricia Castillo

Payroll/Billing Manager

Patricia has been a valued member of Skilled Electrical Connections for over ten years and is currently in charge of Payroll and Billing. Working closely with our personnel and customers, she keeps track of the accuracy of all hours to be billed to our clients.
